More About Me

My Experience

I am motivated to excel. For over 28 years I have helped hundreds of families purchase and sell homes, condominiums, multi-family dwellings, and land. I work with REO properties, I am a Certified Short Sale negotiator (CSSN), and Accredited Staging Professional (ASP), and a member of the National Association of Realtors®. I have also received Seattle Magazine’s Five Star Award- Best In Client Satisfaction from its inception in 2005 every year, including 2010.
I believe that real estate by nature is a bartering business. Thousands of client dollars are potentially lost or saved in any single transaction depending upon the knowledge and skill of the particular agent with whom a client chooses to work. The myriad of challenging situations that I have successfully during my 28 years as an agent in the Seattle market has fine-tuned my expertise in this arena and continues to substantially benefit my clients

Service

I believe that the best-informed clients make the soundest buying and selling decisions. In addition, I work diligently to listen carefully to my client’s needs and I make each and every client’s needs my top priority. I work in one of Windermere's most productive and competitive offices. If you were to ask any of my associates to name one trait that best describes me, their answers would all be the same- "She's the hardest working person that I've ever met."

Personal

I am a proud mom of two teenage girls who are involved in soccer, theatre, and equestrian riding. I was born in Kansas and I grew up on a farm; I understood the importance of my role in the daily life of running the farm.
I graduated from the University of Kansas and moved to Denver Colorado where I began my real estate career working in sales for Vintage Properties, Ltd and after five years I became a partner in firm. I visited the Northwest and was immediately drawn to the people here and the climate. I joined Windermere Real Estate in 1985 because of its stellar reputation within the community. I can honestly say that I feel the same way today.
